Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including advanced AI, generative models, and next-generation web architectures.
- Roadmap Development: Define the technical trajectory for the 2026-2030 period, aligning product goals with cutting-edge scientific breakthroughs.
- Prototype Engineering: Build and validate high-fidelity prototypes of future-facing technologies.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior researchers and engineers in best practices for innovation and scalability.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, research, or a combination of both.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future Focus: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
