Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Analyze exponential technology trends to identify commercialization opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and advanced AI deployment
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in futurism methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with exponential impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
