Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business models
- Advise executive team on emerging risks and opportunities in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Build external ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Measure and report on strategic foresight KPIs and innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systems thinking
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder influence skills
- Published research or patents in emerging tech fields preferred
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of future-focused strategy implementation
