Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead Advanced R&D: Oversee research into emerging technologies, including neural interfaces, quantum algorithms, and spatial computing.
- Technical Strategy: Mentor senior engineers and guide technical decisions that align with long-term business goals.
- Prototype & Iterate: Build high-fidelity prototypes of next-gen applications to validate concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in modern languages (Rust, Go, TypeScript) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and implement bleeding-edge technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, multi-faceted engineering challenges.
