Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-fidelity 2D animations and interactive elements that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with UX researchers and product managers to translate complex user requirements into intuitive, animated visual solutions.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure design fidelity, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct A/B testing on animation variations to optimize conversion rates and user retention.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency in 2D visual language and motion guidelines.
- Create detailed motion specifications and storyboards to communicate design concepts effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, animation, or interaction design, preferably within a tech or digital agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Figma, Adobe After Effects, and Principle.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and how animation impacts performance.
- A robust portfolio showcasing 2D motion design, UI animations, and interactive prototypes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Framer or ProtoPie is a strong plus.
