Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Develop and articulate a comprehensive 3-year AI strategy focused on the 2026 commercial landscape, identifying key market opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead the cross-functional delivery of AI initiatives, coordinating between product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure milestones are met.
- Pilot Programs: Design and oversee the launch of high-impact AI pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, translating technical jargon into clear business value propositions.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the global AI landscape to anticipate shifts in technology, regulation, and market demand.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with leading AI research institutions and technology vendors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, product management, or a technical leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (3-5 year horizon) and drive strategic decision-making.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic certification is a plus.
