Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling massive data loads.
- Pioneering Research: Explore and prototype emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex concepts into deployable features.
- Optimization & Performance: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and anticipate future industry trends.
