- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and data architectures that can handle massive-scale processing.
- Lead Innovation: Prototype and evaluate cutting-edge models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization & Performance: Drive continuous improvement in model accuracy, latency, and cost-efficiency to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems with elegant technical solutions.
