Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design the high-level architecture for AI systems that will scale to billions of users by 2026.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise efficiency.
- System Scalability: Engineer robust data pipelines capable of handling real-time, massive-scale data ingestion.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and plan for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
