Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time data processing and generative tasks.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation neural network architectures (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure the ethical, transparent, and responsible deployment of AI systems, adhering to global regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards across the AI division.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational overhead for edge deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in designing and deploying production-grade machine learning models, specifically in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex, high-stakes projects.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts is a major plus.
