Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Deep understanding of machine learning model behavior and bias detection techniques
- Experience developing AI governance policies for Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on ethical AI or technology ethics (peer-reviewed)
- Strong background in policy development and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
