Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Aequitas)
- Deep understanding of GDPR, EU AI Act, and emerging US regulations
- Strong background in machine learning model development and deployment
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology journals preferred
