Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Establish governance protocols for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with policymakers and industry consortiums on AI safety standards
- Train technical teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI applications before deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation for large language models
- Proven experience developing organizational AI ethics policies
- Strong background in participatory design and stakeholder engagement
- Published research on AI ethics or technology governance preferred
