Responsibilities

- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI legislation and global standards
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Establish transparent AI impact assessment protocols for deployment in regulated industries
- Represent the company in policy dialogues with government bodies and industry coalitions
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI practices and emerging ethical challenges
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record developing ethical AI policies for enterprise deployment
- Strong background in risk assessment for autonomous systems
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or standardization committees
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, CAIGP) preferred
