Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare and transportation sectors
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments using proprietary Ethical AI Toolkit
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to design transparent explainable AI (XAI) protocols
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations across 15+ jurisdictions
- Create stakeholder engagement strategies for diverse communities affected by AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible innovation and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare preferred)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level legislation)
- Technical proficiency in Python and bias detection libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and their ethical implications
- Exceptional written communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
