- Establish transparent documentation protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into MLOps pipelines
- Monitor emerging ethical standards and adapt organizational policies proactively
- Represent the organization in industry consortiums on AI ethics and accountability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible AI governance roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Proficiency with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience conducting ethical risk assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse communities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics or digital ethics
