- Mentor engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible AI governance
- Proficiency in fairness assessment tools (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Published work on algorithmic accountability or bias mitigation
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with cross-functional ethics committee facilitation
