Responsibilities

- Lead policy initiatives for responsible AI adoption across industries
- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neuromorphic AI
- Report on AI governance compliance with evolving international standards
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD principles
- Experience with bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or human-AI interaction
- Expertise in cross-functional stakeholder management
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
