Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy, anticipating technological inflection points and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrids and neuro-symbolic systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and government agencies
- Translate complex emerging technologies into actionable business opportunities with 5-10 year horizons
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders quarterly
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation summits
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an ecosystem of disruptive innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years in applied research
- Proven track record in deploying production-grade AI systems (GPT-4, transformers, reinforcement learning)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CEOs on technological disruption scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-transforming AI innovations
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
