Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for 2026-era autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum computing with classical ML pipelines
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for human-centric automation solutions
- Collaborate with government agencies on next-gen cybersecurity protocols
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Secure multi-million dollar grants from DARPA and NSF initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in our joint program with UT Austin
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Quantum Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency in quantum ML frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing
- Strong track record of translating theoretical models to production systems
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Ability to secure government research funding preferred
