Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML models for quantum computing environments
- Lead research in explainable AI and bias mitigation techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI-quantum integration
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Secure patents for novel AI methodologies and applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in deep learning and quantum computing
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming languages
- Published research at NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature Machine Intelligence
- Strong background in ethical AI and responsible innovation
- Proven ability to lead complex R&D projects with cross-functional teams
- Experience with federated learning and distributed AI architectures
