Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies
- Create performance benchmarks and optimization strategies
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams for hybrid quantum-classical solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or equivalent experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Proven track record of leading technical innovation initiatives
