Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-enhanced neural networks and generative AI
- Develop novel algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI-quantum computing interfaces
- Present research at global tech conferences including AI by 2026 Summit
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in ML/AI domains
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training
- Track record of translating research into commercial applications
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and optimization theory
- Experience securing NSF/DARPA grants preferred
