Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for predictive modeling and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum computing integration and neural-symbolic AI
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable production prototypes
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to align research with market-ready solutions
- Secure research grants and maintain strategic academic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Publication record at premier AI conferences (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow, distributed computing (Ray, Spark), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in ethics frameworks for AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Experience leading open-source projects with 500+ GitHub stars
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
