Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with the company's 2026 vision and annual business goals.
- Lead the technical vision for next-generation autonomous systems and machine learning applications.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-life cycle of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, scalability, and ethical compliance.
- Manage a high-performing team of AI architects and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor global AI trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences to secure buy-in and resources.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering multi-year technical roadmaps (5+ years).
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive modeling technologies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and responsible AI principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
