Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to outline long-term AI strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Pilot Next-Gen Technologies: Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for cutting-edge technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Autonomous Agents, and Neural Interfaces.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures capable of handling high-velocity data and complex AI computations.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor senior engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI bias mitigation, transparency, and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science leadership roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing large, distributed engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
