Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological trends and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers
- Translate complex AI capabilities into business value propositions for C-suite executives
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Drive AI adoption across 3+ industry verticals through strategic partnerships
- Present AI strategy insights at executive board meetings and industry conferences
- Mentor emerging AI leaders in our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of generative AI, LLM architectures, and future tech trends
- Certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE AI Ethics) or cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards and securing multi-million dollar AI budgets
- Published research in AI strategy or demonstrated thought leadership (e.g., TED Talks, white papers)
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
