Responsibilities
- Support Project Planning: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment on goals.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between team members, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project archives.
- Agile Support: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support our Agile/Scrum processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
- Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
