Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across all organizational levels
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
- Monitor project budgets and ensure financial compliance
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and status reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Proven expertise in managing software development or IT infrastructure projects
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
