Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders)
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and risk assessments
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews
- Implement Jira/Asana for task tracking and progress reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience with PMP/Scrum certification
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budget management and resource optimization
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery
