Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for 3-4 concurrent initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across departments and external partners
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Asana and Jira platforms
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement processes
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Maintain agile documentation and compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 20+ completed projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall frameworks
- Proven success managing budgets over $500K
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Trello
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in tech/construction industries strongly preferred
