Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, executing, and monitoring cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including risk logs, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to drive team productivity and transparency.
- Track project performance metrics and generate data-driven insights to improve workflow efficiency.
- Identify potential risks early and collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or team offsites.
