Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are high-quality.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
- Meeting Management: Schedule and lead internal meetings, taking detailed minutes and ensuring action items are followed up on.
- Resource Allocation: Support the team in identifying resource needs and coordinating assignments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior project management experience required. We value potential and a strong work ethic over past titles.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
