Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist the Senior Project Manager in the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for team updates and facilitate clear communication between cross-functional departments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Resource Management: Track project resources, including budget allocation and team availability, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and lead daily stand-ups and weekly sprint planning meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks early and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- No Experience Required: We value potential and attitude over past experience. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workflows, and pay close attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
