Responsibilities
- Design and implement sensor fusion algorithms for LiDAR, radar, and camera systems
- Develop real-time decision-making frameworks for autonomous navigation in complex urban environments
- Optimize machine learning models for object detection, prediction, and trajectory planning
- Conduct rigorous simulation testing and validation of autonomous systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions
- Document technical specifications and contribute to patent filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or AI
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Expertise in sensor fusion, SLAM, or path planning algorithms
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and real-time operating systems
- Experience with ROS, CARLA, or autonomous simulation platforms
- Published research in autonomous vehicles or computer vision a plus
