Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Create detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows for development teams
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance trends
- Validate solution designs against business objectives and compliance standards
- Coordinate UAT cycles and document feedback for iterative improvements
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
