Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and validate stakeholder requirements using industry-standard methodologies
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Support UAT and implementation of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or corporate environments
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (JAD, user stories, etc.)
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- SQL knowledge for data analysis preferred
