Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document processes using Visio and Lucidchart
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for executive reporting
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (requirements docs, process maps, etc.)
