- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project goals
- Track KPIs and provide recommendations for performance optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
