Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Document requirements, workflows, and user stories
- Create data models and visualizations using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, concise reports
- Support system implementations and user acceptance testing
- Monitor KPIs and provide continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and process mapping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
