Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software development initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and design departments
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Monitor KPIs and ensure project milestones are achieved on time
- Maintain detailed project documentation and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in tech
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid frameworks
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Ability to thrive in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
