Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Design process flows, wireframes, and data models to visualize system architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
- Monitor project milestones and prepare performance reports and KPI dashboards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
