Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and wireframes to guide implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overnight hours to ensure alignment on project goals
- Develop and maintain SQL dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Document requirements using Jira and Confluence with precision
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight stakeholder collaboration
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Familiarity with fintech or SaaS industries
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
