In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. You will work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure our software solutions drive real business value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements for software development projects.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and future business goals.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and data models.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and reporting.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure all team members understand project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management regarding key deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the standard schedule.
