Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve critical system outages and security incidents
- Execute scheduled server maintenance and system updates with zero downtime
- Provide remote technical support to global teams across multiple time zones
- Document incident reports and system performance metrics in compliance with SOX standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover of operational status
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of enterprise infrastructure support experience
- Active CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving under pressure
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
