Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile methodologies to deliver milestones on schedule
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive presentations on progress and risks
- Manage project documentation including risk registers, change requests, and post-mortems
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration
- Mentor junior project team members to foster professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven ability to manage complex IT or infrastructure projects
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience with budget management exceeding $500K
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
