Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business requirements analysis and document detailed functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
- Create process maps, user stories, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all relevant parties.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
