Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage: Direct the full lifecycle of complex IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for C-level executives and cross-functional teams, managing expectations and communicating progress effectively.
- Agile Mastery: Implement and coach Agile/Scrum methodologies to maximize team efficiency and product quality.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and budget utilization to maximize ROI on corporate initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana) and strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
