Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical teams, design, and product management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on delivery timelines.
- Monitor project performance using key metrics and KPIs to report progress to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors effectively.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, actionable updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management (PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
