Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Design and implement data models to optimize operational efficiency and KPI tracking
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Develop comprehensive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision support
- Lead UAT cycles and validate solutions against business requirements
- Document process flows, user stories, and technical specifications using Lucidchart/Jira
- Identify automation opportunities through RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and gap analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI-DSS)
